Comments about Cullmann 2732 Video Magic Tripod:
Not the most sturdy tripod. But if you travel it will do. Also have to be careful when you extend the legs that you tight them up. Or the whole thing might collapse. Would not recommend as a primary tripod. But if you are going on a trip for a couple of weeks, it will be better than hand held.

Comments about Cullmann 2732 Video Magic Tripod:
I need a tripod for when I travel, and this thing is it. It is really compact and packs inside any bag or suitcase. I plan to use a separate ball head for my SLR. While not as tall as my regular tripod, that is a very minor drawback.

Comments about Cullmann 2732 Video Magic Tripod:
Wonderful little portable tripod. Not the most solid but will get the job done and fits into the bottom of my carry on backpack/roller. Also makes a pretty nice lightweight monopod.
The head however is another story. NOT a fluid head as advertised. Virtually no tension adjustments, either locked or unusable. I'm going to throw the head in the trash, keep the tripod and try to find a real micro fluid head with a quick release that I can use when I actually want to pan or tilt in a shot.
I just wish I could buy the tripod without the video or ball head.
