This all-metal T-mount adapter costs less than $20, yet is precision engineered. For years, my Celestron C90 Astro Telescope saw service as a catadioptric mirror lens (equivalent to around 1000 mm focal length), but when I moved to the Canon EOS 1Ds system, it couldn't be mounted on the camera body.
This T-mount has proven to be an excellent choice in comparison with other adapters with lens elements. Exhaustive testing has shown that it securely attaches the C90 without any corruption of optical performance resulting from an additional lens element in the optical pathway, or misalignment of the optical axis under the stresses imposed by a very bulky lens and a relatively heavy camera body.
I have no complaints about this product. Simply put, it has performed admirably under rugged field conditions. If you need an inexpensive T-adapter that is well constructed and will deliver without any bells and whistles, this is it!

I am using this T-mount with my 600-1300 manual focus Bower lens on my Canon 7D camera.
It does not screw on to the Bower lens well. It is a loose fit. It also does not fit well on the Canon 7D camera body. I must work fairly hard to get it on the camera body.
When it first came, there were several screws loose also.

Must have this mount to attach a t-mount lens to your camera. It can usually be purchured with the lens in a kit at B&H. Well constructed and can be attached to the lens and camera with little effort. Be careful not to cross thread when attaching it to the lens.

I got it to fit onto the telescope adaptor I got as well and I'm leery buying for my 60D because I haven't found good reviews. If you have a 60D it does fit and is solid.
