Knew that I had a AF Minolta lense, and this adaptor failed to work on it. Hd to try as wanted to mount on a vidio, C-Mount camera and willing to manual adjust settings. No problem as have other Minoltas and will use on them. Item just as ordered and works well with it's intended use. Thanks

Mounts my MD lenses onto a C-mount low-light EMCCD lab camera, without slop and solid metal to metal contact. No negatives that I've found. The price is reasonable. Of course you get telephoto performance even from wide-angle 35 mm lenses because C-mount sensors are smaller.

Used the mount to connnect a c-mount Optronics digital microscope camera to a minolta lens for macro use. Worked as advertised and I have tested it with several lenses. Fit is a little rough compared to fitting on a camera body, but that is a minor issue. Focal point seems right and pictures are sharp. If you need to adapt a c-mount camera to a minolta lense, this does the job.

I used this adapter to mount a Minolta 35mm lens on a C-Mount security camera. The mount was easy to install on both the camera and lens. Locking mechanism was included on the mount. A 35mm lens on a security camera provides a very hight power view.
