The OP/TECH USA Pro Loop Strap (Black) is designed to fit most cameras and binoculars. It is a strong, durable, adjustable strap with a non-slip grip that has a lightweight 2 1/2" wide neoprene pad. The pad has a slight curve to rest lower on the neck. The strap loops through the connection area to form a slip knot which "falls" away freely from the camera when in use. This strap will carry a load up to 15 lbs.

I am using this on a Nikon D300 with the 18 - 200 DX lens. The loop strap connection is a breeze to install and adjust and gives a very neat connection at the camera. No loose ends sticking out. I would question whether this is as strong as the regular pro strap and so I am not using it on my heavier gear (D3 with 2.8 telephoto).
Perfect for a middleweight camera.

Strap performs as advertised, it provides comfort when carrying a heavy camera around your neck for long periods of time. My major complaint is with the portion of the strap that attaches to the camera. It contains plastic buckles so that the strap may be interchanged or removed. Problem is that these pieces are far too long. When unbuckling the strap for use, say on a tripod, you'll have over two feet of strap still dangling from the camera and in your way.

I have owned this strap since 2002 and still use it today on my priamry SLR. My strap has been around the world and back. It is much more comfortable than the straps that come with your camera. Even after 10 years the strap is still comfortable and the neoprene is still in good shape. Some of the lettering on the elastic is starting to peal but then it is 10 years old.
It can be difficut to atach and remove but they you don't need to atach and remove it every day.

I use a "Cotton Carrier" system but not all the time . I need a strap that is removed easily. This it it ! Before I found myself with no convenient strap on my bodies at all, this being risky, I know have the security of a strap when not using the Cotton system.

This is my third Optech strap for my various Nikon DSLRs and have found them to be much better than the orignal camera straps. What I like the most is the comfort added with the shoulder pad being soft, non-slip and flexible. Highly recommended.

this strap has elastic loops at the end instead of good old quick release. This makes it difficult to thread into camera eyelet. It is well paced but still for lighter lenses .my 80 -200 Nikon ED still hangs heavy. The rather technical procedure of threading it on was disappointing . I prefer the quick release version of this strap they had it a few years ago.
I use this as my primary camera strap on a nikon 7000 body

I'm not going to try to convince you that this is the greatest camera strap in the world, but it's very good. Straps are very much a matter of individual preference, but this one is certainly worth a try.
I like the loop system for connecting to your camera. It's a heck of a lot easier than feeding the strap through buckles.
And I like that Op/Tech products work together in a system. If you want a harness for multiple cameras, you don't have to retire the Pro Loop strap to the closet shelf. You can quick-connect back and forth.

I use this on my Canon EOS 7D and it is so much more comfortable than the strap Canon includes. I can shoot for hours and not have my neck or shoulders ache. Just a great strap to use.

I used to carry a 5 pounds dslr for the entire day outdoors with my family and it was a real challenge for my neck. This strap dispatches the weight of the camera on your shoulders instead of your neck. The only bad thing I see is when removing the strap using the quick attach system to install the camera on a tripod, the part that stays on the camera is too long compared to the part that stays on your neck (so it won't stay on your neck...).

Excellent replacement for extremely uncomfortable Canon strap that came with my 5DMkII. Made in small town USA - Belgrade, Montana (near Bozeman). A bit difficult to attach to the 5DMkII, but follow the example on the Op/Tech website video and take your time.

I've used an earlier model of an OP/TECH strap for years. I used it on a Canon 10D, 20D, and 40D camera. It was showing a little ware so I purchased this strap for my new 7D camera. It contains the same quality of construction as my old strap but the wider and contoured strap is more comfortable than the old. This is a worthwhile investment and makes carrying your camera around your neck much more comfortable. It is very secure and the snaps make it extremely easy to disconnect the strap if needed. Highly recommend.

I found this a strong, practical and comfortable strap for the Canon 60D, even with heavy lenses. Canon camera eyelets are a challenge for most straps (good swivels would chafe the ends less) but the OpTech Pro Loops seem better than other designs.

This is a great strap. It's really comfortable and seems to distribute the weight better. And it doesn't scream the make and model of my DSLR.
