Fit perfectly in my Tamrac case (soft suitcase-type circa 1990's) and now carries all my telescope accessories. A lot cheaper than a new cheapo case.

I like the fact that it was really customizable. I purchased a rather large handbag/ purse recently that I wanted store camera equipment in. All the pretty camera bags I've looked at were always too small/ cost too much. As a female wedding photographer, I wanted something a bit more stylish and sleek than my regular clunky strap-over-the-shoulder camera bag. So I bought a LARGE purse and went on to place all my gear inside it, but the sound of the equipment clanking together in a loose bag made me cringe. This product was relatively inexpensive, effective, and easy to work with. I cut it in half, punch holes in it, and stuck in the bottom of my bag. Works great, and is definitely better than having all my lenses/ lights/ camera bodies clanking into each other, potentially causing scratches/ damages. Only thing difficult was actually cutting it to the right shape. Equiped with only a pair of scissors it was kind of difficult. But I'm sure I probably could have used something else.

THIS IS A GREAT IDEA, I WAS SO EMBARRESSED OF MY CUT JOB ON MY HALLIBURTON FOAM AFTER I ATTEMPTED TO CUT IT. THIS FOAM IS REUSEABLE, AJUSTABLE AND CLEANLY CUT. I LOVE IT AND WOULD RECCOMMEND IT TO ALL. I AM NO LONGER ASHAMED TO REMOVE MY GEAR FROM THE CASE AND LET PEOPLE SEE THE FOAM

Good cheap solution. I used it to convert an old attache case into a lens carrier. The foam isn't as dense as some I've seen, so we'll see how well it holds up to frequent use. But for the price, can't beat it.

I have an old case, the foam was missing. Ordered this, the foam was a little big but was able to cut it with scissors to size. Only negative of this product, the foam piece is square, the inner cut-out section is square, however, it was not parallel/even with the outer edge so measuring and cutting was harder than it needed to be. Hard to explain without showing but it looked like it had went through the assembly line crooked when it was made but other than that, works well.

Over all a good product. B&H needs to offer another 1 inch thick foam pad to put on top of your items. I used this product for 3 Nikon lenses, 2 Nexus dome ports and a Nexus D80 housing. I put the 1 inch foam on the bottom of my rollaboard then put all of the above listed items in the 2 inch thick diced polyfoam. Another 1 inch thick piece of foam on top of my gear would have made the package complete. For carry on luggage only!!

I would recommend this product as I have stated.

I had a case when I was using my old SLR camera and since I bought my new digital SLR camera I thought it would be the perfect case except the foam was formed for my old camera. This diced polyfoam fit my case just like it was made for it and now I worry less about traveling with my camera.
