This strap is the perfect length to allow a camera to be carried over the shoulder instead of around the neck. A better distribution for your health.

i bought this strap, because of the color. i wanted something red, and this was the only one i could find from optech.
i have no idea how strong the neoprene material is, but it seems to stretch quite a bit when i hold the camera by that strap. with D80, vertical grip with 2 batteries, 70-200vr, and
sb-800 mounted, i don't dare looping this strap around my neck.
i'm giving this product a 3-star, because i do not know anything about the strength of neoprene. but it feels very flimsy to me.
i just loop the red strap about my wrist when shooting.
