Remember the Essentials
A speed ring is required and not included with this unit. Remember to get the best type of speed ring for the light you are using. If you plan on using it with multiple lights we recommend the adjustable speed ring.
The Extra Extra Small Super Pro Plus is designed for use with a strobe. With fabric not intended for the heat of a continuous light, the XX-Small Super Pro Plus with silver interior is ideal for work where medium softening of flash is desired. The light quality from this softbox will be slightly more contrasty than that produced by a Super Pro Plus with white interior.
The "Plus" designation of this softbox means the front face of the softbox is removable. This softbox comes with a one stop diffuser, but a 1/2 or 1/4 grid cloth may be purchased separately. These would allow more light transmission and help to make the light more specular, or "less soft."
- Ideal for portable strobes mounted on camera brackets, but may also be used on any studio strobe.
- Because of its small size and silver interior, light quality will be spectral with a faster gradation from highlight to shadow areas.
- Required Speed (mounting) Rings are available separately for many manufacturers' strobes.
