Getting a second battery holder makes life so much better. You always have a second power source just pop it in and résumé shooting. I have always preferred to us original Nikon equipment and this does not let me down. Highly recommend

Actually, I haven't used the battery holder yet. I purchased it to have spare batteries available should they be needed out in the field, so to speak.
If you only have one battery holder, replacing batteries can be a chore while taking photos. The + and - sign is difficult to read, could be really hard if you are out in dim light.
To solve this problem what I have done is to cut out tiny squares out of blank labels (with stickim), mark them +, and paste them accordingly on both my holders.Works for me.
