Comments about Ilford Multigrade IV Fiber Based, Variable Contrast Black and White Paper (11 x 14", Glossy, 250 Sheets):
This is a great Black & White fiber based paper. One who does a lot of analog printing with this paper will be rewarded by buying this large box for it greatly decreases the price of each individual sheet, oppose to buying the same paper in 10, 50 sheet boxs etc.

Comments about Ilford Multigrade IV Fiber Based, Variable Contrast Black and White Paper (11 x 14", Glossy, 250 Sheets):
I think buying the paper in bulk is always the best, I do a lot of printing and I enjoy not feeling limited by constantly needing to buy more. Also, the paper comes in two half bags, so if you have a spare box you do not need to lug around all 250 sheets- the only minor downside is how heavy this is! :)

Wonder for silver gelatin prints. Really nice prints with just the right amount of sheen to the paper.

I have been using this stuff for decades and I am glad it hasn't gone the way of Kodak papers. It has a wonderful tonal range and strong D-Max. I hope to be using it for many more decades to come.

I use the product in a Black room, the great things about this product is that when It the picture is dry the color do not change. The only thing i found as an inconvenient is that I got 250 sheet of paper and it was only divided into two bags it was pretty heave and also because is big it was a lot of a hazel taking to class, because along with the paper i take other utensils to develop. I wish it could be divided in bags of 25 sheets or something similar, that way it would b less risk to not damage the paper.

Sometimes I like to work out the price per square inch of each size and quantity of paper I buy and this was the best deal - even over the 8x10" size. Now I have an excuse to use more. I do wish this paper was slightly heavier weight.

Great paper, and whats best is that the 250 pack comes with two light-tight bags, so you don't have to lug the entire box around.

I have used MG FB IV paper as my primary paper for the past 12 years, it is consistent from one box to the next. My work is collected primarily by museums and libraries so I need a paper that will stand the test of time.
