This is my first time printing with this size and type (fiber base) paper. The size is fantastic. I don't get the rich blacks that I'm used to but that's because it's matte paper. I would definitely try this paper again,

I am a college student majoring in fine art photography, primarily darkroom. I've worked with many different brands of paper, however in my opinion Illford's quality ranks high above. This paper was perfect for the 16 x 20 prints I was making to hang in the university library... the contrast is outstanding, and I love the matte finish

This paper is great for hand-coloring black and white prints. The blacks and whites are rich and full. For the best hand-coloring results print a little lighter in density than normal as the colors are transluscent.
