Comments about Kodak 35mm Color Plus 200 Negative Film (36 Exposure):
Personally, I've had great luck with all the ColorPlus film I've bought from several different sources - some are actually Kodacolor cartridges inside! ColorPlus seems to be whatever film Kodak has lying around - this would explain the variety of opinions around the net.
I find the color balance slightly yellow, with good grain and resolution. I'm very happy shooting ColorPlus.

Comments about Kodak 35mm Color Plus 200 Negative Film (36 Exposure):
In the digital age, it's hard to find good prices on good ol' regular film. The 'feel' of film can simply never be truly replicated digitally. If it were replicated to some extant, there would still be an icky non-purist stigma attached to it. it's only too bad that film has to expire.

Comments about Kodak 35mm Color Plus 200 Negative Film (36 Exposure):
I was pleasantly surprised to find someone selling this film on this side of the Atlantic. I picked up my original two roles of it in Ireland, and it's a nice film. It doesn't have the saturation of modern Kodak print films, and in some ways seems to be a throwback to their negative films from before the 90's, just look at the cartridge. Long story short, it's got a pleasingly neutral palette and can be developed just about anywhere since it's C-41.
