This is a Chimera Leaf Breakup Window Pattern. It fits the 24 x 24" MicroFrame, which is available separately. Designed by DP Bill Holshevnikoff for Chimera, this series of versatile patterns solve a difficult production problem: How to generate a variety of interesting lighting patterns easily with your existing fixtures?
The durable, lightweight Window Patterns work with Chimera Panel Frames to provide you with 12 new, quick-changing patterns for lighting interview backgrounds, annual reports and products.
Patterns available: French Door, Horizontal Blinds, Graduating Vertical Blinds, Palm Leaves, Leaf Breakup, Cucoloris Breakup, Domino, Columns, Open Window, Split Door, Sun Scratch and Half Dome.
A clear mylar pattern is also available for logos, etc.

I used it briefly and it works pretty good. I would out given it five stars but it is made of plastic and I don't know how it will hold up.
