The Kaiser 39mm Plastic Lens Cap is a push-on style cap. It is designed to fit any camera or enlarger lens, binocular, tele-, micro-, or spotting scope lens. To use one, measure the outside diameter of your lens barrel. Order the cap size that is 1 or 2 millimeters larger than the size measured. The cap should fit snuggly but not so tight that it is hard to remove.

Comments about Kaiser 39mm Push-On Lens Cap:
I ordered this expecting a nice plastic cap. What I received was a very thin flimsy plastic cap. You can easily push the center in far enough to hit the lens element. Too cheap to worry about returning. It went straight in the trash.

The product is fine and very well constructed. I have no issue with it at all, however, since I ordered the wrong size I had to return it. [...]

Comments about Kaiser 39mm Push-On Lens Cap:
If you use the Voigtlander Heliar 50mm f/3.5 with the hood attached, this cap will fit snugly onto the front of it. No need to ever remove the hood for using the lens.

Comments about Kaiser 39mm Push-On Lens Cap:
This 39mm lens cap fit perfectly and flat on my 37mm B+W polarizer filter. The cap is made of rubbery plastic and is used in a push-on pull-off manner.
It stays on very well. To make it a little easier to remove I drilled a 3/32" hole in the top to negate some of the suction.
