Kaiser 44mm Push-On Lens Cap
The Kaiser 44mm Plastic Lens Cap is a push-on style cap. It is designed to fit any camera or enlarger lens, binocular, tele-, micro-, or spotting scope lens. To use one, measure the outside diameter of your lens barrel. Order the cap size that is 1 or 2 millimeters larger than the size measured. The cap should fit snuggly but not so tight that it is hard to remove.

If you have the CV 15mm f/4.5, with its built-in shade, you know that the metal Voigtlander cap can easily get scuffed or damaged (or dropped and dented). I usually put the metal caps away and substitute these Kaiser push-ons. In this case, I think the 43mm push-on cap would be better. [...] I put some black flocking material on the inside rim of this cap, and now it fits snugly.
