General Brand 49mm to 58mm Macro Coupler - For Mounting Lenses of 49mm & 58mm Face to Face
Designed to allow the photographer to face two lenses together, via male-to-male couplers, enabling high quality macro images. It will work by reversing a standard lens to the front of a telephoto lens.

Easily turns a pair of lenses into a macro setup. Quality of the resulting image can be very high, but depends on the lenses: some combinations show high chromatic aberration. Easy to use but the threads aren't perfect: you need to be careful to avoid cross threading.
