Norman Stand Adapter Insert for R4108 & R4130 - 3/8"
This is a reduction stud that fits inside Norman's 4108 swivel umbrella bracket, and the 4130 friction-float heavy duty swivel bracket. It allows more sure mounting of lights onto light stands with a 3/8" diameter top.
