I've used several tripod dollies in mostly wedding video production. My old one was old and tired, and I guess I had just gotten used to it. The DL-5S was a breath of fresh air the first time I used it.
It folds down remarkably small and deploys quickly and easily.
I was a little unsure if the dolly would mate well with my tripod, but the heavy duty rubber band latches do a great job.
The casters are big enough to roll easily over cracks and bumps and it's also perfectly usable on short carpet as it is on a wood dance floor.
This dolly may look mundane, but it makes life easy.

This dolly rolls around nicely on a smooth suface and I like how it folds into a nice compact design. However, it cannot absorb the vibrations when rolling on a less than perfectly smooth floor.

Things I like...the arms extend. You can move the camera through tight spaces. Or spread the arms out if you want a lower angle or more stable support.
It's built sturdy. Makes it easier to move the camera from one place to another or to make slight adjustment in camera positioning.
And it packs up in a nice tight bundle so it's easy to throw in a small case along with other things.
Things I don't like...as a camera dolly it is just OK. You need a smooth surface to roll over. The hard rubber wheels are sensitive to the slightest bump. The wheels don't lock in place so you have to set up each dolly shot by rotating the wheels to line up in the same direction before you can start a dolly move. An no two dolly paths are alike.
If it had pneumatic tires...it would be a better dolly.
