This is a Pocket Wizard PC-5H coiled 21" - 5' Mini to Extra Long PC shaft Cable. It is suitable for sync terminals that are located in an awkward place, such as on a Hasselblad "C" series lens, or on a view camera's recessed lens board.
Although the Pocket Wizard system allows you to fire your strobe from your camera without a wire between the two, the transmitter still needs a wired connection to your non-hot-shoe equipped camera.
