Currently (and comfortably) have one Rifa EX55 (w/two diffusers, cable, and a baffle) and one Rifa EX66 (w/one diffuser, balance bar & cable), one of the light weight Lowel light stands and a DP/Rifa Lampak (w/spare bulbs for both units). Could easily handle one more light weight stand. Size and weight make for a great, carry-on size, simple interview lighting set-up. Also, just helpful in keeping my Rifa gear organized. See if you can find one as part of a kit...
Not super padded or protected—would not be suitable as a checked bag, and you would not want to throw in your car with a bunch of gear on top of it.

The shoulder strap broke while I was carrying the bag through the airport. Luckily, I'm really cool and no one noticed.
