I was afraid the cable would not be thick enough. I personally prefer thicker ones because they tend to last longer. This indeed was as thick as I liked for it to be.

b&H was out of the 6 foot cord so I got this one, but I am very impressed with the quality and durability of it. I purchased a xlr to mini cable from guitar center and this one clearly is meant to last and hold up a lot more abuse than the other one.
NO regrets with this purchase!
