Since this is a budget product I'm not going to complain. I normally trust Hosa but I wanted something cheap. I bought two of these and was surprised at how thin the cable is. The gauge of wire must be something like 26awg. That or the shielding is very thin. Also the jacket is rather stiff and plastic like instead of the usual rubber feel. If you aren't using these in a noisy EMI environment or won't touch them much they will work fine.
