I use it for family portraits and it works great. Just add a few props (like a xmas tree) and voila! I love this background!

This was my first background. Please note the background is more green than brown. Even at that it makes a very attractive background.
It's strengths are that is strong and durable. The color is very natural.
It's weaknesses are that it has some very bad wrinkles that will need to be steamed out. I have had mine hanging for a couple of weeks and they have not worked themselve out as of yet.

Nice blend of colors. Works wonderfully. One concern is that it comes neatly folded which creates creases that are difficult to remove.

I've always been kinda sketchy on "artistic" muslins, as often they are too distracting as a background and I'm not big on the enchanted and fairy tale painted gig. This background is subtle and can be used for just those little nuances to separate your subject.
