I use this Speed ring with my Quantum x5D-r strobes with Photoflex Litedomes attached when traveling and shoot on location. It is a functional unit, pretty light and inexpensive. Quality is marginal as it is made in China. The first unit I bought had the thread cut incorrectly so it was not usable.
