Very basic posing bench. Gets the job done ...

Definitely not the best, but I got it "for free" when I bought the Peoplepopper background. It certainly works well when having to shoot on location.

I ordered two of these for a family session in a park. They can serve for both studio and location. This posing bench can be easily adjusted to several heights making it great for posing people of different ages and sizes. They are comfortable and fold up making them easily portable. You can even use them to stand on. The only negative that I found is that the width can make it awkward to position people very close together. The legs are also not the most attractive so if you are not able to block them with subjects, you might want to drape material over the benches to make them blend. Overall, I would recommend this posing bench.

It is a bit small and the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Build quality is good and it performs as advertised.

I love this bench. You can set it a various heights, for those wee ones, or the taller ones. It's compact and fairly light so you can take it where ever you go. and very sturdy. Can't complain at all about this one

This bench is very stable when in use. It's more comfortable for most people when getting a portrait taken, versus the traditional stool. The customers really like it.
Some of the traditional poses are difficult to do with the bench versus a stool. So if you do a lot of portraits, you still will want to have a stool.
Some non-traditional poses become available with the bench. This is a big plus.

The bench is very well made, and folds-up quite easily. It uses very good locks to keep the bench either ready for use, or folded up. It is easily more portable than a stool if you shoot outside the studio. It has a comfortable padded seating area.

I will be buying a couple more since these are handy to have in the studio for a variety of uses besides just posing.

I was amazed at how stable this bench is when it is set up. Very, very sturdy. I really like the way it folds flat for transporting or storage. It has plenty of room on the seat for one person with room left over, and it is even wide enough to seat two people for a short time (while part of each person hangs over the side.) I posed my son together with his wife, both seated on the bench plus two grandchildren, one on each of the adult's knees.

Adjustable size - Great for working with children and adults. A little heavy to carry around, but can hold a good amount of weight. Overall very good.
