Cokin Coupling Ring and Filter Holder for "P" Series
This adapter allows you to mount two "P" series holders together. It increases the number of filters you can use or enables the setting of two graduated filters at different angles.
NOTE: Not for use with wide angle lenses.

i have a sigma 10/20 lens,ordered cogin adapter for filters which is for wide angle lens,but has only 1 slot to insert any filter,so with this filter adapter you can now use 3 different filters if you have to like landscape photography i have to use nd and pl together pl is a big round circulizer,so it helped me alot,sure will help you too.
