The 81 Series of filters control the bluish coloration that affects daylight film. The mild 81A warms scenes shot on cloudy days. It can also remove excessive blue from the effects of electronic flash. Good for general scenics when the photographer wishes to remove the bluish cast from open shade or just add warmth to the photograph.
This filter measures 85 x 85mm and fits the Cokin P series holder.

Comments about Cokin P026 81A Color Conversion Resin Filter:
I've always used Cokin w/ my film 35 mm. Now I've graduated to DSLR and purchased a larger circumference lens that requires the Cokin Pro. I've added new filters to my collection too.

Comments about Cokin P026 81A Color Conversion Resin Filter:
This filter lost planarity over time, so much that it became unusable with any of my lenses (curved surface changes the optics of the lens and lowers the sharpness).
I noticed the same, albeit in a lesser degree, with another Cokin filter (Cokin P121 GRAD GREY G2, see my other review), therefore I must conclude is sadly a too common issue with Cokins.
