The Cokin Incolor Center Spot filters have a clear spot in the center and allow for the portrayal of an object in diffused surroundings. This filter comes in two grades: #1 (070) and #2 (071), with the 071 having a greater effect. It consists of a gray outer area. The portion outside of the image center will be reproduced less sharp than the center. This filter is commonly used in combination with color center spot filters for a more exaggerated effect. The filter effect is directly influenced by the f-stop and the focal length. The transformation is softer with wider apertures. The size of the clear circular area increases relatively with the selection of longer focal lengths.
The exposure determination should be done without the filter. If the camera has the capability of spot-metering, then one can measure with the filter in place.
This filter measures 85 x 85mm and fits the Cokin P series holder.

Comments about Cokin P060 Incolor 1 Center Spot Resin Filter:
So far, I have only been expermenting with this filter, and the effects I have been getting are really good, I will be trying it on the grand kids next to see how it does. I'm sure it will produce some nice photos. I've used it in my wide angle filter holder and did not get any shadows or vignetting. I would reccomend the Cokin filter system to anyone.
