Cokin P151 Fog 2 Effect Resin Filter
These filters are available in two different densities (Cokin #s 150 & 151) and have a misty graduated area. The fog or mist effect is more pronounced with more distant objects while the foreground remains sharp and clear. These filters can be combined with Cokin Graduated and Sunset filters. Vertical adjustment in the filter holder provides a continuous graduation of sharpness between near and far planes.
This filter measures 85 x 85mm and fits the Cokin P series holder.

Used the fog filter with great anticipation with my Canon 5D Mark II with 35-70 Zoon L series lens. Took a picture in the Black Mountains near Mt. Mitchell. Performance was poor. Upon arrival to my computer the fog effect looked more like haze. I will continue to experiment with is in other environments.
