There were some issues while installing it - one of the ends sink inside of the tube, I resolved this by pulling with pliers and compressing the tube to hold it.
Also the screen has really strong plastic smell. It is critical for me as I was going to put it in the children's room. We were able to get rid of it - using a lot of frebreze (may be too much), then washing the screen several times with light vinegar and water mix to get rid of febreze smell. Then we hang the screen outside for 3 days. After all this actions - small is gone.

This product was purchased for use at our company during meetings. It is very easy to pull down, and hangs up using the same hooks as the dry erase board. Everyone has been impressed with the screen itself and the major difference it has made for meetings. The 1st one that was sent to us was damaged in transit and B&H sent another to us in the mail 2nd air with no issues at all. Superb customer service.
