Velbon QB-5L Quick Release Plate - Long
The Velbon QB-5L Quick Release Plate fits the Stratos 470, DS-48, DV series, Victory series, Linden 4000 and 5000, S-400, 600, 900, V-9500 and 9900 tripods, and features a rubberized surface with 1/4"-20 camera screw and a video pin.
A quick release plate can be kept attached to the camera's base and allows the user to quickly and easily attach or remove the camera from the tripod without having to waste time fumbling with the threaded mount.

It fits the tripod perfectly, but I've not had it all that long, so I can't judge durability yet. I was a little disappointed to see that the screw for the camera mount was different than I'm used to - there's no wing on the nut for this plate. We'll see if that becomes an issue.

Better than described. Picture showed black rubber surface where camera seats to quick release plate. I received a quick release plate with the cork board / brown surface. This is what came with my original tri-pod. So I was very happy with my purchase.
