The AKG CK 61-ULS Microphone & C480B Power Module Combination consists of the C 480B power module and CK 61-ULS cardiod element. The CK61 element features a linear frequency response and cardiod polar pattern offering directional pick up, and suppression of off-axis ambient signal. The CK61 is useful for ambient and live sound recording and reinforcement, as well as studio recording. Its gold-plated connector pins have a high resistance to humidity and temperature extremes.
The W32 windscreen is included in this package and the C 480B power module supplies 48 Volt phantom power, switchable attenuation and low cut roll-off for eliminating low frequency noise and rumble. The C408B/CK61 microphone excels at vocal and general instrument capturing for recording or sound reinforcement applications.

- The cardioid polar pattern eliminates noise by attenuating off axis audio allowing accurate recordings of what the microphone is facing.
- Temperature/Humidity Resistant
- Gold plated, self-cleaning connector pins have high resistance to humidity/temperature extremes.
- Interlocking Capsule Design
- The Modulock interlocking capsule fits securely on the C 480B power module providing a light weight durable solution for various recording applications.
- High Quality Diaphragm
- The CK 61-ULS is designed with a gold sputtered diaphragm, contributing to the warmth and sonic quality of the microphone.
- Low-Cut Roll Off
- The C480B power module features a low frequency roll-off switch, eliminating noise and rumble registered at low frequencies.
