Quantum Instruments QPAQ-X - 200 Watt/Second Power Pack and Command Module - for QFlash-X Flash Heads
Quantum's Qpaq-X professional portable power pack. Connect 2 Q Flash X Series heads for a maximum of 400 w/s per flash. Flash power is controlled from both the Qpaq-X and Q Flash. The Qpaq-X is powered by user replaceable, rechargeable battery modules. Select either small or large battery modules to fit the needs of your assignment. Connect an optional AC module for constant power in the studio.
- Charge Indicators
- The Qpaq-X "fuel gauge" indicators keep you informed of the battery's remaining capacity at all times.
- Power Mode Switch
- Adjust the power leavel to each flash head.
- Choice of Recycle Speeds
- Use the Qpaq-X Recycle/Capacity push button to either speed up recycle time or extend battery capacity.

Part of a very effective lighting system which I use for bird photography. It controls the battery charging efficiently. No memory effect with the batteries is a big bonus. Allows an easy step up to 400w/sec with the appropriate capacitor module attached, providing heaps of power. Would recommend it to others.
