Comments about Tamrac 519 Pro- Zoom Pak Bag (Black):
I needed something for a sporting event, where my usual backpack and other gear wasn't allowed. This bag worked well.
I was going to use it to carry my Pentax D20 with the 300mm attached, but later decided the 300mm would be hard to catch moving/quick action on the field.
So I attached a smaller lens to the camera, and was able to put another small lens in the bottom of the bag. I wish I wouldn't have taken out the "divider" that's provided.
the front pocket fit an extra battery, and memory cards, with room to spare.
the bag has attachments, and looks like it could attach to almost anything (belt, holster).
The bag made it easier to transport my gear through the airport, as I was able to fit this bag into my carry on.
The Tamrac 519 Pro-Zoom Pak Bag is a very roomy and versitile bag.

I've been a Tamrac user for years, I have a shoulder bag and backpack, I would'nt buy anything else. This zoom pack is fabulous !! I'm retired and I don't need to carry a lot of gear on short trips; this pack is super for one body and a wide selection of lenses.

Well made: padded with heavy duty zippers. Picked size to accommodate my Nikon 6006 35mm with 70-300 zoom. Pockets are the right size. Nice to be able to add attachments to the bag.

I HAVE A CANON EOS WITH ZOOM LENS. THIS PAK MAKES CARRYING THE CAMERA AND ACCESSORIES A BREEZE. I HAVE A LARGER PAC FOR LENGTHY TRAVELS BUT THIS SHORT PAK IS LIGHTWEIGHT AND EASY TO MOVE AROUND. IT HAS ENOUGH SPACE FOR A SECOND SMALLER CAMERA AND MY FLIP CAMERA.
EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE THIS PAK

Wonderful product. Exceptionally well made (in USA!). Perfect, secure fit for my Canon EOS 5D Mark II with 24-105 mm zoom. Great padding. Nicely fits in my daypack and backpack when I go on extended day hikes and multi-day backpack trips. Is fine for use by itself when just roaming around town and you want your camera totally protected.

More than enough room for my Nikon D80 with 70-300 mm Nikon zoom. Pockets for spare cards, battery, filters, and other items. Well constructed and padded. Made in USA.
Could have bought a slightly smaller case but this has room for an even longer lens in the future.

I use bag for when I am using long zoom lens exclusively.
Camera just fits w/ optional battery pack attached.
Its too heavy w/ camera, to hook on your belt

Comments about Tamrac 519 Pro- Zoom Pak Bag (Black):
I carry my Canon 40D with a Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L USM lens with the Lens Hood EW-83E attached and inverted. In the bottom of the case, I also carry an EF-S 60mm f/2.8 Macro USM lens and three B+W circular polarizer filters in their cases too.
The front zipper pocket carries my extra battery and compact flash cards along with some other incidentals.
I also purchased and attached a M.A.S. Lens Case - X-Large, MX5379 to carry my Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM lens. I have found this extra-large case so useful that I have ordered another.
This 519 Zoom-Pak has become my "goto" system. It also worked perfect in the rain too.

This holds my Nikon D300 with 80-200mm lens attached snug as a bug. Love that it's made in the USA and is very sturdy. Highly recommend.

Comments about Tamrac 519 Pro- Zoom Pak Bag (Black):
My new Nikon D300 fits great with the 18-200 lens. The pocket in front gave me enough roon for extra battery, cards, and even a point and shoot camera. The pocket inside held a filter and lens cloth. The only thing is that I bought a new strap that is padded and more comfortable than the one that was included.

Comments about Tamrac 519 Pro- Zoom Pak Bag (Black):
This bag works well - built very good. Holds a 40D Canon w/70-200 2.8 with a battery grip. Will not hold much more then that. If front pocket was bigger - a flash would be a great assy to carry. Not sure what the pocket is for - 35mm film I guess . . . .
Over all good buy - best value out there!
