I have used a battery pack in the past and my main complain with them is that you never know where they stand as far as being charged. Although I think more packs should come with this on them for the price of this little gadget, who can complain. The unit is a little flimsy, but it does what it promises and saves me a lot of guessing and overcharging.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
