Speedotron "Beauty Dish" Grid Reflector Kit with 35° Grid, Lightsox - 22"
This Black Line Speedotron 22" Grid Reflector Kit will fit all Black Line 102, 103 and 105 (as well as the Brown Line M11 and M11Q) flash heads. It comes with a 20" 35° grid, for narrowing the beam spread of the light, and a slip-on Lightsox diffuser for extreme softening of the light.

Their use is only limited by your imagination. Really, 4 modifiers in one. Only thing I don't love is the clips to hold the grid in place. I'd prefer the grid to be held in place like grids in standard reflectors.

The beauty dish is my favorite modifier and is even more awesome with the grid on it as it can control the focus of the light and fade the rest out.

When used with the grid, this is an awesome combo. The quality of light coming from the beauty dish in combination with the ability to place it exactly where you want is phenomenal. Be careful though, with the grid on, you will not be able to get a very far spread of light.
