The Nikon 12x50 Premier SE Binocular is Nikon's larger-size, highest-magnification entry in their ultimate birding-specific porro prism binocular lineup, and it gives simply stunning views with very high magnification. It has a 5° true field combined with 12x magnification, to give you a view that feels like you're totally surrounded within the eyepiece. All lenses and prisms are coated with Nikon's very best multicoatings, and a special field flattener lens and flat-field eyepieces help deliver uniform sharpness from edge to edge. In short, every element of the 12x50 Premier SE's production is done with the sole criteria of optical brilliance, and the result is a 12x binocular so spectacularly bright you'll have to see it to believe it.
The 12x50 Premier SE has a light magnesium alloy housing that's covered with a special protein-compound rubber armor, and there's a dedicated tripod adapter available optionally for extended observation sessions. Like any of Nikon's binoculars, the 12x50 Premier SE is backed by Nikon USA's lifetime "No-Fault" warranty.
