Porta Brace CAR-3 Cargo Case - for Mini DV Camcorder with Accessories (Blue)
The Porta Brace CAR-3 Cargo Case (Blue) is designed to carry, organize and protect: camera, sound tape stock, batteries, chargers, microphones, cables, and more. The 1000 denier case has a rigid frame and dividers to protect and organize the equipment. It has three large outside pockets and, multiple slip pockets. There is a wide, double-zippered top cover, for easy access to the interior. A flip-up pocket for special documents is located on the inside wall. The case comes with suede leather handles, leather shoulder strap and a divider kit.

Use to carry my Sony AX2000 camcorder in.Lots of room for my camera and MUCH, MUCH more...A lot of roomy side pockets to put batteries, cables,mics, camera lights etc. Other bags were just too small to carry anything else but the camera and usually the camera just barely fit into those bags. This one has enough room that I havea wireless mic attachment on the camera and it still fits easily in the bag. And with any porta brace you know your getting a Quality product that will last for years!

I had my first Porta Brace back in 2003. I have rated it 5-stars in the past. I can't help but praise only the durability and versatile use of their bags and cases. In my recent rentals of HD cameras, they are all using Porta Brace cases. I am not surprise anymore. The rental package includes all the accessories to the camera, charger, extra batteries, on-camera lights, wireless audio, zoom microphone, audio cables, extra tapes, manual, tripod accessories, they all fit perfectly in the case. It's like I throw everything in the case and I still safely find a spot in the case. Granted that the shoulder strap is wide, soft, comfortable and durable, it get's heavy at times but it feels solid to lug around.
This CAR-3 Cargo Case did just that. It has now become my everyday case to carry around my camera and accessories. It has become a single item in my checklist since when I open the bag, I already memorized what item should be in the certain pocket or position inside. When I pack-up my staff in the field, it is the same case, I check the pockets to make sure that I am not leaving from the location without any accessories left behind.
I give Porta Brace CAR-3 Cargo Case 5-Star rating for overall versatility, durability, and practical everyday use.
