The 70 x 70" Versatol Tripod Projection Screen from Dalite is a simple 18 gauge steel screen that is suitable for all venues - home, business and education. The legs lock automatically when set up and are released by a simple button push. It is activated by an easy to access pull tab that raises and lowers the screen with ease. The screen surface is seamless and flame retardant as well as being mildew resistant, assuring years of trouble free use. At a more than affordable price, the Versatol is a solid alternative when a more sophisticated motorized installation is not permitted or desired.
The built-in keystone eliminator is a very useful feature. For those who like their images square and true, it permits you to tilt the screen slightly forward. By doing this, you can tweak the image and remove any distortion. This will allow your audience to see the image as you intended.

Comments about Da-Lite 72263 Versatol Tripod Projection Screen (70 x 70"):
I use the screen together with a multimedia projector to project painting demonstrations in real time to the audience. The Da-Lite screen is perfect for the size of the room and the number of people in the audience (sometimes over 100). It is easy to raise and lightweight enough to carry from the presentation room and back from the storage room. My only disappointment is that returning the screen to it's protective container is a little difficult since the spring-loaded return mechanism takes some effort to keep the screen moving back into the container. But that is really just a minor annoyance. I forgot to mention that the keystone adjustment feature is important to correcting the edge distortions of the image that cannot always be corrected solely by the projector.

Comments about Da-Lite 72263 Versatol Tripod Projection Screen (70 x 70"):
I will be using this screen for in person ordering appointments for my photography business.
I love how well made it is and easy to setup.
Nothing to complain about this screen. Just gonna take some rearranging to find the right spot to store when not in use. It is LONG! But will make a great impact on clients to see their pictures large!

The screen is used at a church for occasional presentations: typically video played from a computer.
It is easy to setup. We have no difficulty viewing the presentations.

Comments about Da-Lite 72263 Versatol Tripod Projection Screen (70 x 70"):
B&H is a great place to buy computer and photographic products. This screen came on time, as promised. On my first look I was surprised that it is lighter than I anticipated, due to the metal screen housing being smaller than on some earlier models. It is easily transportable in a car and is easy to set up, whether in full 70 x 70 size or in a more 6x9 configuration by not extending the screen quite as high.
