I loved the bag, it's lightweight and affordable. The carry handles still work, but the shoulder strap started to pull out at one end of the bag.
I was carrying 2 compact light stands, a collapsible 43" Westcott umby, and a monopod. That's like 6 pounds. I didn't force them in - fit nicely. When the bag started to fall apart I had only taken it out 4 times!
The stitching was not reinforced, and the strap was inserted into the seam very shallow (1/4" or less). So I super-glued the strap end to keep it from completely pulling off, only to find out that the entire seam at the end of the bag began coming apart.
Oh, and the zipper is real cheap too.
My advice: get a beefier bag or, if you buy this get the end seams reinforced at a trusted tailor/cleaner.

I put my tripod and ball head easily into the bag. It fits nicely. I really enjoy the extra pocket on the outside. I have put my wireless shutter release in there. I seem to always misplace it in my camera bag. It keeps it close and handy.

Bag works great but watch the size of your head. I have the 501hdv head and I can just barley get the bag to zip us over the head!!!!.

If you are going to buy a quality tripod, might as well protect it.

Comments about Manfrotto 3279BLK (AW-3279B) 25" Tripod Bag:
It makes carrying around a tripod easier but it is too big for my setup. I have a Manfrotto 190CXPro4 CF w/ Manfrotto 494 Mini Ball Head. I will be looking for something smaller to match my traveling setup, but will use this bag for now.
For the price I was expecting something of better quality. There were nylon strands inside of the bag under the zipper that was unraveling from the bag material. Also the stitching for the zipper was loose in a couple areas. This is my first Tripod bag so maybe my expectations were too high. Gave it a 3* Average IMHO

The carrying case is just perfect for my old vintage SIMA tripod. The outer shell is made of durable materials and the inner shell is made of high density nylon fabrics to house my rugged tripod. The shoulder strap is an added feature.

This is just the right size for a Manfrotto 055CXPRO4 with a ballhead. Enough room if you have leg-wraps on it, too. Have not had it very long, but so far, I'm very pleased.

Comments about Manfrotto 3279BLK (AW-3279B) 25" Tripod Bag:
Got this for an older Gitzo I have - Gitzo doesn't make a bag to fit - either too long or too narrow. The older blue Bogen bags from probably 10 or so years ago were more rugged with better padding, but this one fits and the price was good. Padding seems weak and handles are just straps. OK for light duty and limited protection.

Comments about Manfrotto 3279BLK (AW-3279B) 25" Tripod Bag:
I bought this bag because I bought a combo of Manfrotto 190 + 501HDV Head (I bought each separately) but unfortunately the bag only has room for the tripod, not the head!
Although I should probably have read more carefully the description and dimensions let be warned!!
I have nothing to complain about the bag in itself which is of good quality but only useful for those who intend to carry the head separately..

This bag handily holds my tripod with my ball head attached and in an upright position. It can also hold most of my umbrella. It's got a side pocket with zipper to hold small accessories, such as an allen wrench.

Well made Manfrotto carrying bag that rises to the standards befitting a Manfrotto Carbon Fiber Tripod--for which I purchased it. I can easily carry the bag with tripod and ballhead in side as my extra carry-on bag when boarding a flight.

Comments about Manfrotto 3279BLK (AW-3279B) 25" Tripod Bag:
not the best bag but for the money it's great. I am able to fit 2 smaller built Manfrotto tripods in it with no problem. Not very padded but I expected that for the price. Does what I need it to do. I don't see this holding up too long for people who are shooting on location everyday at multiple sites. I shoot on average once a week so for me it works and I treat it well. Most busy field photographers/videographers will probably want something more durable though.

Holds both my 190 tripod and monopod; padded sides help protect the tripods when out and about; keeps the items in one place and dust free; simple as that.
Only one comment is that it is missing the Manfrotto logo

Comments about Manfrotto 3279BLK (AW-3279B) 25" Tripod Bag:
I like how the handle straps are stitched in. The size and padding are just right.
BUT, the shoulder strap is not reinforced and only about 1/4" of it is stitched into the ends of the bag. It pulled out after 2 location shoots. I tried to keep it in using super glue, then the whole one end of the bag just became unstitched.
