I'm very impressed with the case. It's hard to find a case that's neither too small nor too big, this is just right. Appears well constructed, looks great. Recently purchased so can't report on durability.
Packed in the case- 1000 wi power pack, 2x 2040 heads, 1x 4040 head with large reflector, 4 grids, grid holder, 2 speed rings, power and head cables including a long head extension cable. Ready to rock.
I don't consider this a check in case. It's a hand carry or pack in another case for check in air travel.

I've used these cases for quite a while assisting for other photographers and had to purchase my own when I put together a location lighting kit. They are very durable and have plenty of room for a single 800/1000 dynalite power pack w/ cord, two 2015/2050 heads and cables, extension cord, and various other accessories if need be. Such as Dynalite pick stands or grid spots/grid spot holders.
