The Dynalite RR4G Grid Set consists of one each of 10, 20, 30 and 40°, grids that fit the 7" reflector. Use grids to narrow the spread of light from your flash head to highlight an area, or to create more dramatic lighting effects.

These work great, Controlling the spill light is one of my favorite things to work with while photographing. Its is definitely a needed accessory when you have a dynalite kit!
The only thing I see is that they're made light so I'm afraid during use I'm going to squish it and destroy one ***this has not happened yet and probably wont**
