Edwal Hypo Check tests your fix solution for exhaustion due to silver saturation.
One or two drops will test the fixer and, if the fixers still OK, no harm has been done to the bath.
If the addition of Hypo-Chek produces a cloudy precipitate, the bath is exhausted and the fixer should be discarded.
A 3/4 oz. bottle provides about 800 tests.

Comments about Edwal Hypo Check (Liquid) - 3/4 Oz.:
Tested my Ilford Rapid Fixer with this product and it worked as described. It will also last forever, considering how little it used to check, and will end up saving you a fortune on fixer. Can't complain about that.

The Edwal Hypo Check solution has been around as long as I remember. It has consistently and conservatively detected silver saturation in used fixer. When you are printing a portfolio, it can be a print-saver.
