International orders*The 13x69" Striplite Softbox is designed for use with a strobe. Unlike most softboxes, the Elinchrome Softbox mounts its light facing the back of the box. This results in very even light distribution over the front face of the softbox.
The 13x69" Striplite Softbox comes with a silver interior and a flush front face. The flush mounted front face provides a wider spread of light than a box with a recessed front.

Comments about Elinchrom Striplite Softbox for Flash Only - 13x69" (33x175cm):
Setup is very easy. Simply open the strip-bank like an umbrella, mount it on a light stand, mount a head inside the bank, then put the white diffuser over the front. That's it. Simple. Teardown and storage is very easy too. I also own the small and medium Elinchrom banks and find them more difficult to setup and take down. THe quality of light is absolutely perfect. Why didn't I buy this many years ago? The coverage is extremely even with beautiful gradations. Absolutely the best! In comparison, my medium and small banks have a very noticeable center hotspot. I use this with an 600rx head mounted inside. Just to give an idea, from 4 feet at ISO 100 I can get about F4-f5.6 at minimum power and around F22 at maximum power. That's unscientific but it should still give a "ballpark" idea of power requirements. A 300 or 600 ws Elinchrom head should work fine on a tight set...and a larger set might require 1200 ws or more to be comfortable. Overall, the build quality is very good but the light stand tilt/mount can be a little clumsy. Sometimes it feels "soft" and I worry about it tipping. That's my only complaint. [...]
