      This tape is nothing special a tape that i got for 5 dollars works just the same the only thing ur paying 4 is the canon brand name but it gets the job done just the same.

          The mini cassette is handy to carry and load but in the SP mode, the time flies. If you use a tripod with it's Canon camcorder, loading is a gigantic nuisance since both tripod and camera need to be separated.
          Burning it to a CD is easier than expected and the quality was grand.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
