This is an Arri X-12 HMI Flood Light. Lighting large areas with daylight has now been made easier with the ARRI X Series. Wide beam angles of up to 125° allow flat surfaces such as buildings or scenic backgrounds to be lit evenly with a short throw. Easy changeable black reflectors are available to create a hard shadow look. A 1200 watt HMI bulb is available separately.

- Hot Restrike
- The aluminum housing features a hot re-strike switch which controls power to the lamp, while allowing the ballast to remain powered up
- UV Glass
- A protective UV glass protects the lamp, as well as filters out any excess UV light produced by the lamp
- Saftey Feature

An integral micro switch is incorporated in the housing, designed as a safety feature.
If the protective glass should be removed or become broken, it will immediately stop all power from reaching the lamp.
