Purchased two of these with the Motorola MJ270R Talkabout radios. The only con has been that the plug will fall out of the jack in the radio (not a problem with the headset), but that was easily fixed by a rubber band.

For [$], you really couldn't ask for a better headset. Used for low-budget event communication. Work great with Talkabouts. Only weird thing is that it automatically goes to VOX, but just tap the PTT once to turn the VOX off.

My hunting partner and I use these headsets when we want to communicate in the field with VOX and handsfree capabilities and not scaring off the deer or elk we are hunting. The headsets are comfortable and lightweight. So far I have found nothing about these sets that I dislike.
