The Ewa-Marine VC-L Rain Cape is a universal rain cape which is suitable for a wide range of camcorders from all leading manufacturers. It can accommodate camcorder systems with a length of 14.2 to 19.7" (36 to 50 cm). The VC-L rain cape is manufactured from special PVC material and has an integrated, optically neutral flat glass port to protect the camcorders lens against rain, salt spray, sand dirt, etc.
The front glass is held in position by means of a special metal bar that connects directly to the camcorders tripod thread. The cape allows both hand held as well as tripod operation of the camera. It has a large central viewfinder with a 95mm front glass diameter. A WW6 58mm 0.6x Wide Angle Lens attachment is available. It can be closed by means of press-studs at the bottom
