Rolls MX54 3 Channel Battery Powered Stereo Microphone Mixer with Level and Pan Controls and Headphone Output
The Rolls MX54s Pro Mix Plus mic mixer offers both portability and convenience. Featuring 3 microphone inputs via balanced XLR connectors, the MX54s also provides 18 VDC phantom power. There are low-cut filter switches for eliminating ground or low-frequency rumble, and Pan controls are also provided on every input. The unit accepts both AC and battery power via 9 volt alkaline batteries.

For the price - a very good buy for a stop-gap solution out in the field. The only downside I saw was that it takes only mic connections so if a line connection is needed one needs to attach a pad (-20-30 db).
The sound is not great but then for the price one would not expect much better since it serves my needs well without having to spend hundreds more.
