This is the ideal base for the Photoflex LSBOOM. It is designed to support softboxes and strobes, Offers the highest degree of strength and stability even with the LSBOOM at full extension.
This stand as an independent leg adjustment, to keep the stand level on uneven terrain.
- Bolt through joints, widened footprint, increased strength of brace supports and larger diameter steel tubing improves rigidity and stability.

I use this as a light boom(hair light). It is very sturdy. Add a few sand bags(or leg weights like I did) and you will have no problems with tiping over. Solid, no shake and all components function as desiredLoc up nice and tight.

I use this with the Photoflex Boom Arm. It holds a monolight with a stripbox with no problem. I wish it came in black instead of chrome.
