I bought this rack mount kit for my Mini-DV recorder. All the pieces were of good quality and assembled without issue ... once we figured out how they went together. The instructions left quite a bit to the imagination. Once we set the booklet aside and "did it from the picture" everything was great. The rack, though heavy, slides smooth and has not given me any issues to speak of.
